About Us

Hi, I'm Dalia.

I started Focus because I know how easy it is to lose track of yourself. Life gets busy, routines slip, and "I'll start Monday" turns into months. Focus exists to make healthy living simple, so you can get back to being the best version of yourself.

How it started

Focus began on December 13, 2014 as Focused To Fit, a fitness brand with motivational shirts and hoodies plus workout plans. I wore those first designs to the gym as my daily motivation, and they made a statement in gyms and at benefit walks. In June 2015, Focused To Fit became an official business.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University. In 2017, I completed my first juice cleanse, and it changed how I felt and how I saw food. I started pressing juice for my family and friends, then for my community. The orders kept coming, and that same year the business became Focus Juice Bar.

I was working at the VA Medical Center at the time. Eventually I took the leap, left to build Focus full time, and never looked back.

What we do today

  • Cold-pressed juice, made to order. Every bottle is pressed by hand in Philadelphia from fresh fruits and vegetables, with nothing added.
  • Juice cleanses for every level, from our beginner-friendly Ease In to our monthly group reset.
  • The Focus Reset community, where we cleanse together every month, with live calls, a plan and real accountability.
  • The Focus Truck, our mobile juice bar, bringing fresh juice to events around the city.
  • Focus Gear, the apparel line where it all began.
